Jazz Singh 🇬🇧

Jazz Singh is the visionary Founder of EmpowerAbility, a social enterprise transforming how society perceives people with convictions, shifting the narrative from limitation to leadership. After spending three years in custody, Jazz turned his lived experience into a mission: to reveal the extraordinary talent, creativity, and resilience behind prison walls.

Through his groundbreaking initiative Cuffs to Cufflinks, Jazz builds transformative bridges between prisons and global corporations, inspiring inclusion, social mobility, and authentic rehabilitation. His work demonstrates that unlocking potential within the justice system not only changes individual lives but strengthens society as a whole.

With over 17 years of experience in wealth management and senior leadership across the charity and social value sectors, Jazz blends strategic expertise with profound emotional intelligence. He is trauma-informed, trained in the teachings of Dr Gabor Maté, and an EMF Coach, guiding individuals to rise beyond circumstance, build inner freedom, and live with purpose. Jazz has spoken internationally with leading partners including Virgin, Accenture, and Spotify, and has delivered talks in over 50 prisons across the UK and globally. His message is clear: when we choose to see talent before conviction, we unlock not just individual potential but the collective strength of a more equitable world.
