Rev. Adryann Glenn is a seasoned justice reform consultant, faith leader, and community innovator with more than a decade of experience designing and facilitating programs that change lives. As Founder and Executive Director of Align Community Inc., he has pioneered reentry and diversion initiatives such as the RESET Program and the A.A.R.C. Leadership Model, equipping returning citizens, at-risk youth, and justice-impacted communities with tools for transformation.
Rev. Glenn integrates evidence-based practices with real-world lived experience in order to bridge the gap between policy, workforce development, and human dignity. His leadership extended nationally via his role as a 2025 Global Freedom Fellow, which allowed him to consult organizations, agencies, and faith communities on restorative justice, reentry, and alternative-to-incarceration strategies.
